Hey guys! I have a question… is it a good idea to use my own funds to start my own channel and hire some type of expert to hire to help me build a successful channel? All the vlogs I’ve watched so far (I need all the help I can get, so I’ve been watching as many videos on starting a channel to learn but I feel lost) seem to say “it’s free!” Which doesn’t make sense in my mind ( the “no such thing as a free lunch” colloquialism). Numbing with productivity is my go to. Trained into me. It's m hard to recognize because I'm also a pretty hard worker and value progress. So finding where good character ends and escape/numbing begins is tough. Similar to those who are hating conscious abs also use working out to avoid, I'd assume.

I support president Trump he is very gay friendly and employs many gay people. Back in the 1970s through the 1990s I use to go to all his casinos and they were always many gay people working at his casinos. ❤

I have a half brother and sister in England and I can tell you right now they mock gay people in England all the time. They especially dislike Elton John and Boy George. Just remember many heterosexuals might be nice to your face but behind your back they are laughing and mocking you. I am not saying all but a large percentage of straight people especially men do not like gay men. I know this for a fact I am 64 years old and everybody thinks I'm straight and I spent decades around straight men and most straight men do not like gay men and want nothing to do with them.

I am a gay Republican and all my gay friends are Republican and the Republican party does not focus much at all on gays, they are focused on the border illegal immigration, the economy, inflation and the endless Wars.

Thank you guys for making this video! I've been on my health journey the last few years. Longevity really does come slow and steady. Instead of summer body ready, it should be summer mind ready. As someone that is a binge eater that can self-punish with food, it is way more productive to have a focus of simply making healthy choices and being more active to feel the best I can for each season. As far as weight loss, I tell myself to only lose the amount I can in a healthy way during that time period. It's also about people being more realistic with themselves on what their bodies can and can't do in a healthy way. All bodies are beautiful and worthy, and people deserve to treat themselves with kindness and grace.

Thanks, guys. This is a paramount problem in our community. I'm 64 and I'm fortunate that I'm still sexually attractive (for whatever reason - I'm amazed that lots of guys still find me appealing), I'm one of the loneliest people in the world. I want a human connection and a deeper relationship, but with the hookup apps and no other way to meet other gay men socially, in person, I'm very isolated.

Thank you Keegan for your intelligent and sensible comments. I agree 100% with you about being engaged in your democracy. We are all affected personally by our governments in one way or another so why not have our say. I regard the right to vote as more of a civic duty than a right. If you live in a democracy you should contribute, even if it’s something as small as voting every few years. So please voters in the UK get out and vote on 4 July so there’s a saner government in charge when I visit the UK next May! And Joel, be relieved that you’re not in Australia. We have three levels of government and therefore three lots of regular elections where voting is compulsory. And consequently endless politicking politicians.

I should talk to someone soon, or I think I might lose myself. Your podcast is very helpful, because it feels like a virtual place where I get to hang out with people who are like me.

I’m fairly new to you, so I can look forward to a library of episodes to “feed on” while your off until September. It an incredible experience for me to have podcasts and episodes on positive gay content. I’m a mature gay man, 63 years old. Also I’m HIV positive and have lived with many health challenges. Self image, understanding myself, the subject of ridicule and sometimes, sadly, haters have been the larger part of my experience. I’m glad that within my lifetime I’m seeing such a big change in a positive direction.Knowing that there is a big move towards acceptance, social change, legal rights being put in place are the gift of a few delcades of struggle and activism, on my part. With the AIDS epidemic and so many losses of my generation, I think there is a rift, a distance, between us and younger generations. I do my best to be involved in engaging younger gay men in open conversations about just what is the history that you inherit and grow from an understanding of it in a modern context. Notions about aging, health, HIV are powerful topics in the gay community. I know you’ve touched on all of these subjects, I hope you might take deeper dives into them. I love what you are doing, and I’ll look forward to more.😁❤️🇨🇦🌈

Speaking of laws being decriminalized, in Washington DC where I grew up, sodomy wasn't decriminalized until the early 1980's. When it happened, the younger me was surprised because it was the first time I realized there were actual laws criminalizing homosexuality. I read the article in a newspaper and I remember thinking "having sex was against the law? How do he Police catch people having sex?". I was in very naive at that time in my life and just became baffled.

The sad thing about gay online dating apps is that there are too many liers, scammers and deceivers. Make it very difficult to figure the truth from the fiction. Be very careful about men who move way to fast online. Men who are saying that they love you, you are the loves of their lives. It takes time to build a friendship and love.

For your consideration.* 1-The cost seems like a *tax on gay sex,* especially if you're paying for Grindr Unlimited, maybe you're into Bears so you have Growler too. Add in a Kink app or two. Have you added up the cost recently? 2-Has anybody else noticed the number of people in a gay bar staring at their phone, checking Grindr to see if the guy they're interested in Is nearby? *Life can be great IRL!*

Nope…. Australia has a huge gay pride parades etc…, in all states. All government agencies fly the pride flag on buildings during pride month. It’s not just Sydney. I would suggest the first caller might do some homework and have a history lesson before saying Australia has no pride. It was the 70’s when the first pride march was run… the police tried to shut it down. Without our brothers and sisters back then, there wouldn’t be a Mardi Gra. We have lots to be thankful for.
